Fornication Under Consent of the King

Come across this piece of joke, don't really know how true it is, anyway just for a laugh...
In ancient England, people could not have sex without consent from the King. When people wanted to have a child, they had to solicit a permission to the monarchy, in turn they would supply a plaque to hang on their door when they had sexual relations.
The plaque read … "Fornication Under Consent of the King" (F.U.C.K.).
This is the origin of the word, agree? :p

Salary Theorem

We see a hefty raise of government servant salary pay, most people might couldn't balance him/herself when think about it, salary increment never go hand-in-hand to the inflation. "When is my pay rise?!" in the thought of most engineers out there, enjoy following fact...

Everyone knows the Salary Theorem establishes that engineers and scientists can NEVER EVER earn as much money as businessman, salesmen, politicians and actors easily make.This theorem can be demonstrated by reducing it to a simple mathematical equation:
The equation rests on 2 postulates:
Postulate No.1:
Knowledge is Power
Postulate No.2:
Time is Money
Given that:
Power = Work / Time
Therefore we have:
Knowledge = Work / Money
or easily obtain:
Money = Work / Knowledge
So when Knowledge goes towards zero, Money goes towards infinity, regardless of the value attributed to work, even if the value of work is small. On the contrary, when Knowledge goes towards Infinity, Money goes towards Zero, even if the value of Work is High.
The evident conclusion:
The less you know, the more money you definitely make!
Enjoy this! :p

Water Rafting

I just came back from an awesome vacation 6D4N, expedition to be exact. We had organized an expedition team to conquer Mount Kinabalu recently. It's actually quite an odd team with mixed of colleagues from many departments, however we went through an enjoyable trip, everyone had good fun. Luckily my planning going well but with little flaw however. We arrived there by Saturday night, taking rest for "battle" the next day. First day everyone enjoy the shopping and lepak around. Second day we missed the Padas water rafting because the train track of 100+ years old steam train broke down on previous day, unlucky us to opt for Kiulu Grade 1-2 rafting instead. To be Ah-Q, we still have better luck than those 300+ passengers stucked at that heaty slow train travelled a day before, we only knew this news after read the newspaper. However, Kiulu still being fun to me because enjoyed a lots of drift swimming, quite exhausted too.

Mount Kinabalu

Our main objective is to climb Mount Kinabalu arranged on last 2-days so that we are not too tired for other activities. Mount Kinabalu always being attractive to me even when I was at very young age. My dream to get to summit of Mount Kinabalu come true after 20+ years, a bit embarass to tell actually. :p
We took new route to go up Mesilau trail and come down Timpohon Gate. A wise choice so that we can get 2 certs. Old route taking 6km to reach Laban Rata but Mesilau trail added another 2km. That 2km really torturing going up-down. Climbed from 9am and reach at 4.30pm, the trail seem never get to the end. After eating our dinner buffet at rest house there. The meal really expensive RM33 but no many choices. Even normal fried rice cost RM15. I ate the most expensive instant noodle there the next day, paid RM8.50 for Maggi come with a raw egg.
We stay at Gunting Lagadan Hut for 1 night, at 3000m++ above sea level, the temperature around 10 degree at night time. The problem is the freezing water like ice water, hardly taking shower, just doing simple wash-up already drive us to crazy. Slept not very well, 8pm to 1.45am never a good sleeping time for me.
Waked up early morning and prepare to conquer the summit at early 2.45am. The trail taking 3km, but it really far far way to us. The journey is not easy, need to go up grabbing the rope, or clawing etc. The air is thin, pretty hard to breath, sound like cow, plus the heart pumping hard and fast seem coming out anytime. The mentality taking the main role to reach to summit, I kept telling myself sure I can do it, and I did. Reaching peak around 5.30am, even though the first dawn already appeared 1/2 hour earlier, but the scene really awesome. The feeling like stepping on top of the world with the cloud beneath. All sweat and hard work paid off. The most touching moment is to know that all of us reaching the top even some injured or weaker gal. The magnificent photos are here...

India Tandoori Chicken

India Tandoori chicken really taste good, I sweared for it. You must have to try local one at India. A very famous restaurant, "Tandoor" at Bangalore, near to Central Bangalore offering the best taste. It start at 7.30pm, so if you are too early, then you may just lepak near Central shopping center.
The dinner with some good fried peanut with tomato, to bring up your stomach. Follow-up is the starter - tandoori chicken. We ordered 2 flavours, BBQ and spicy style, 3 pcs each. Quite full to have it. But, next only come the main course. Chia Lat...! We thought we already eating the main course! Next moment forced to do another few pieces cheese naan (kinda like roti canai). We ate awfully, it already up to my stomach maximum acceptable capacity! If not becuase these are really delicious, I would definitely ran away.
Opsss... Finished it quickly, rush to the airport not far away. although merely ~5km drive, it took another century to reach there, god know why Bangalore always jam like hell. Going through the custom met again with the custom officer that we hate most. The mediterranean hair beard beast again inspecting every luggage treating all passengers like terrorists or enemy. Gosh...
First time i couldn't take the airline meal, :p. Slept almost for the whole trip back, really tired!

Deustch - Mar 07

I can't really believe that I would get a chance to travel to the beautiful place which I already dream for years. It was pretty exciting when I knew it, even though in such short notice.
Germany or Europe for instance quite far in my mind, yet it is hometown of my 2 dearest friends I knew when being at Nihon sometime ago. Sent them regard to announce my present soon at their place, got the warmest replies to invite me for a good stay. Reluctant me that I didn't extend my trip, what's a upset!!! Never meet them up at last... :(
The weather pretty good when being there. Around 10 degree C with good sunshine the whole week. Walking 30min for work is another enjoyment for me. I have gone through the agendas neatly these days, thanks to the puncturity of the Deutsh guys. I sweared I never experienced it even at Japan. Thumb Up!
We had some farewell party with these trainers downtown at Altstadt, which acclaimed as the longest bar in the world. We ordered some seafood with white wine. The perfert combination I couldn't really elaborate. Only now I know how they enjoy the life ultimately. The party continued (of course!) to a bar near there. Inside it packed with people, so we had to stay cold outside, standing and drinking local beer - Alt Bier (brown color and more bitter!), a very fine and smooth beer.
I enjoyed myself at Germany there! Just pity that couldn't meet up with the dearest friends.
Germany, hope to see you the next time!
Viel Gluck!

輪舞曲

Recently addicted to this drama series, been long that never crazy to chase to its ending, it was long time ago that i ever drown to any drama. Actually got these DVDs quite sometime, thanks to MYFM and Wai Fun. ;p
Rondo - very strange romanized words, having very nice kanji though. Internal Affair likely, extended with much love elements inside. Twisting the character in the middle of it, unexpectedly. Illogical if u going for the details. But anyway, a fine drama with few climates on the way, especially admire Takenouchi Yutaka's (竹野内豊) acting, kinda close to Tony Leung Chiu Wai's level.
Then, I'm really immense myself into kinda loneliness feeling when the song play, really trully addictive, u'll know by clicking below:

I believe - Ayaka(絢香)
作詞: 絢香
作曲: 西尾芳彦

この胸の中に隠れてる 不安のうず
目の前にある 自分の進むべき
道はどれか

人に流されてた日々
そんな自分に「さよなら」

* I believe myself 信じることで
全てが始まる気がするの
I believe myself あたたかい光は
まちがっちゃいない 歩いて行こう
I believe

偽りの中でウソの微笑み浮かべて
生きる人を
幼き自分と重ねて見て
ため息つく

どんな色にも染まらない
「黒」になろうと誓った
* repeat
今 目に映る この広い空も
素直に生きる この気持ちも
* repeat...
myself
I believe myself

Merry Christmas Wedding...

Just came back from hometown to celebrate my bro's Merry Wedding yesterday. Reaching home Friday night around 6.30pm after settling all the chores, being late actually. But thanks coz escaped from those preparation work, ;p. But this time around thanks mom finally realised then we're not necessary to be so dumb doing all by our own. Few maids and helpers reduce the burden especially save my sisters' hand for those detergent.
The fun time is able to meet up the siblings, we bros and sisters never being at once for sometime oredi, and those good relatives too. Especially feeling warm to talk with my 2nd aunt, we talked about how the effects of TV to the kids to how my life conducted, blah..blah.. Are u saying me too old oredi, yes and no, coz still young enof to talk rubbish and teasing... Basically no barrier for my talk-active charateristic, no restriction.
Kinda busy to fulfil my cameraman task, with camcorder in 1 hand, DSC in another. Felt content especially when anyone laughed amuse and talked on those took scene, all paid off. After all, I enjoyed my role.
I shall have to stay 1 more night to be with remaining family members at home, but felt tensed to attend to the damn summon, again... after all, i got through the real Christmas Day alone.
Anyway, Happy Happy New Year ahead! May all wishes come true!
